eLEVATE Vertical Training Program

Program Details

Elevate your vertical, elevate your game!  Intense 4 week training program using progressive training techniques to develop muscle and muscle memory.  Training takes place 3 days per week for a total of 12 session.  

Structure

  • 4 weeks
  • 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday)
  • 9:30-10:30am or 4:30-5:30pm
  • 12 total 1 hour sessions
