Brauzon Neves (pronounced “Browse-on”) has established himself as one of the most consistently successful coaches in the region since joining EXCEL seven years ago. A specialist in high-performance training, Brauzon has a remarkable track record of qualifying teams for the Girls Junior National Championships (GJNC) and AAU Nationals year after year at the highest levels of competition.

Originally from Brazil, where he played both high school and collegiate volleyball, Brauzon brings an international perspective and a deep technical knowledge to the court. His coaching history includes successful tenures at Ace, Texas Image, and Instinct, where he consistently guided teams from ages 14 to 18 to the national stage.

Brauzon is known for his unique ability to balance elite-level accountability with an infectious, positive energy. While he is often spotted on the sidelines with a signature smile, he is a fierce motivator who holds his players to the highest standards. He is passionate about getting his athletes excited to train and even more excited to compete, ensuring they reach their full potential as both players and teammates.
