This season marks Chandler’s 12th year coaching and her 9th year at Excel. This year, she returns to the sidelines with her favorite assistant coach, her husband, Eric. Together, Chandler and Eric have worked with all ages from 12s to 16s  and are xcited for the opportunity to coach 14 Blue this season.  Her passion for volleyball, competitive drive and knowledge of the game developed during her years as a 6-rotation outside hitter at Texas Wesleyan University. From her experience as a player and as a coach, Chandler knows the importance of helping players overcome challenges on the court while teaching them that dedication, hard work, effort and selflessness will take them far. Physical and mental strength, attitude, discipline and communication on and off the court are important attributes she instills in all her players. When not coaching, Chandler loves spending time with family and friends, working out, traveling, spending time with her nephews (her brother-in-law is Excel Coach Drew Noah) and of course, hanging out with her English Bulldog, Gus and her chicken, Lucky.
