Leadership at EXCEL
Hailey serves as a cornerstone of the EXCEL community, particularly in the development of our youngest athletes. She directs the EXCEL Youth Program, including the Lil Legends Club Prep program, where she is instrumental in building the technical foundation for future club players. Her ability to mentor athletes at these critical early stages ensures a lifelong passion for the sport.
Athletic Career & Education
Hailey began her club career at age 12, playing for several top local clubs before competing at Houston Baptist University (HBU). At HBU, she served as team captain her senior year and was a dual-sport athlete, competing in four seasons of indoor volleyball and two seasons of beach volleyball.
Professional Philosophy
Though she graduated with a degree in Marketing, Hailey realized after two years in the insurance industry that her true calling was coaching. With additional experience as an Assistant Athletic Director and Head Volleyball Coach, she now dedicates nearly every day of the week to the gym. Hailey views volleyball as a powerful vehicle for mentorship, striving to ensure every athlete she coaches has the confidence to believe in themselves and their teammates.
