Iris Miranda is a veteran EXCEL coach (since 2014) with a gift for taking teams to the highest levels of national competition. USAV CAP II certified with a degree in Child Learning and Development, Iris focuses on the “total athlete.” Her coaching resume is decorated with multiple Regional Championships and Gold Ball wins at major qualifiers like Northern Lights and Lone Star.

Whether leading a 15 White team to a National Division bid or guiding 11s to a Regional title, Iris maintains a standard of excellence that demands 100% effort. A former collegiate volleyball and soccer player, she brings a multi-sport perspective to training, ensuring her athletes are disciplined, coachable, and ready to compete at the National level.
