Kacie Hengler is a veteran coach at EXCEL Volleyball Club with a deep-rooted passion for developing high-level athletes. With an extensive background in club leadership and high school competition, Kacie brings a wealth of tactical knowledge and a champion’s mindset to the EXCEL coaching staff.

  • EXCEL Success: Kacie has successfully led multiple national-level teams, including serving as the Head Coach for EXCEL 15N Blue and EXCEL 13N White.

  • Championship Pedigree: At the high school level, Kacie has demonstrated her ability to win on the big stage, previously leading her teams to State Championship titles.

  • Club Directorship: Before joining EXCEL, Kacie served as the Director of the Oxford Volleyball Club, where she managed all aspects of player development and organizational growth.

Kacie believes that elite performance starts with a rock-solid foundation of fundamentals. Her coaching style is heavily influenced by the legends of the game, having been mentored by icons such as Misty May-Treanor.

This unique perspective allows her to understand the journey of both the athlete and the parent, creating a supportive and high-standard environment for all her players.
