Kylah Hill returns to the EXCEL coaching staff for her second season, bringing a wealth of local experience and a passion for athlete development. A former standout Outside and Right Side Hitter, Kylah grew up playing high school and club volleyball right here in the DFW area, giving her a deep understanding of the competitive landscape our athletes navigate.

Now in her fifth year of developing young talent, Kylah currently serves as a math teacher and coach within Richardson ISD. Her unique background—including a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Sports Entertainment Management from the University of North Texas—allows her to connect with athletes on both a mental and strategic level.

Kylah’s coaching philosophy centers on mastering the fundamentals while empowering players to take personal ownership of their growth. She is dedicated to building confident, high-IQ athletes who are as disciplined as they are skilled.

When she isn’t on the court or in the classroom, Kylah enjoys cheering on her Texas Tech Red Raiders and unwinding with her favorite reality TV shows.
