Alice was born and raised in Bayamon, Puerto Rico where she fulfilled all her schooling and club volleyball career.  She started playing volleyball at the age of 7 and finished her career at Navarro College (Corsicana Campus).  After playing at the college level she realized that she could not be away from volleyball, so after a couple years away from volleyball she moved to Texas and started her coaching career at Drive Nation.  She found Excel after coaching for two seasons at Drive Nation and fell in love with the culture and vision at Excel where she has coached since 2022.  Alice is also the Varsity Assistant coach at Episcopal School of Dallas.

Alice enjoys guiding our youth and being a role model to our future generations.
