Lauren Young is entering her fifth season with Excel Volleyball Club. Lauren has established a track record of developing strong relationships with her players while holding them accountable to execute the game plans of her head coaches. She is supportive, engaged, and always working to find ways to contribute. Lauren has experience with both middle school and high school athletes.

Lauren competed for Austin Juniors and Westlake High School before graduating and attending Rhodes College in Memphis. She was an Opposite for Rhodes and completed her career graduating with a degree in Business Administration. She now works in Media Planning at a local Ad Agency, Moroch. Lauren is still active in sand volleyball locally and competes alongside many other of our Excel Coaches.
