Coach Tai is a dedicated and passionate volleyball coach with a love for the sport that is contagious.  His coaching philosophy centers around fostering a supportive and competitive environment, where players can thrive both on and off the court.  He emphasizes the importance of discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement pushing his athletes to reach their highest potential.  Coach Tai creates a positive and inclusive atmosphere that inspirers athletes to give their all.  This is Coach Tai’s second year coaching for EXCEL.  In 2023, Tai led the EXCEL 14N White Boys team to qualifying for USAV Nationals in 14 USA.
