EXCEL is an elite Texas volleyball club founded in 2006 and based in Carrollton, TX. We attract and promote athletes that strive for excellence in all they do. The EXCEL experience includes building relationships and helping our athletes reach their full potential both on and off the court.

EXCEL is ranked second overall in the North Texas Region and the only club offering a full line-up of exceptional girls and boys teams in the competitive Dallas market. Our teams consistently compete at the highest levels earning bids to USAV Nationals.
EXCEL’s professional coaching team is dedicated to developing the whole athlete through exceptional training, education, and college recruiting. EXCEL members enjoy a spacious 8 court volleyball facility with a full eFit conditioning and strength training area within a family friendly environment.

Coaching Philosophy
We train mindfully, focusing on technical training with repetitions in multiple skills/position resulting in a high volleyball IQ across our membership. We provide a competitive, positive and healthy training environment where athletes can aspire to meet EXCEL's high standards through hard work and discipline.
We are fortunate to have a diverse coaching team with collegiate play experience, as well as college and high school training experience. Our team motivates, encourages and challenges athletes at all skill levels. They balance hard work, discipline and fun while maintaining a positive environment.
